Truck Covers USA is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new product. After two years of designing and testing with Yakima, our American Rack System HD is hitting the road! Incorporating the new HD Tracks from Yakima and fitting seamlessly with our covers and other products, the American Rack System HD provides incredible versatility and weight capacity. Yakima’s engineers have confirmed that the rack system, installed on our American Roll Cover, can hold loads of up to 500 pounds while fully maintaining the integrity of the system. According to them, this is the “first cover to be able to withstand full load capacity” of their rack system. “No one else has even come close.”

Customers now have the ability for roof height rack options and so, so much more! Just like our original American Rack System, this new HD System is available with any new roll cover unit purchase as well as the ability to add to an existing roll cover unit. Options are endless and adventures become out of this world!
